Shipping policy

Pre-orders ~ 2-3 weeks to process. 

Note we are personally doing our very best to have packaging delivered ASAP. We understand your enthusiasm & are too static about seeing you in our apparel. 

If an order is confirmed via USPS it has been delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate. In most cases packaging is accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

We highly recommended that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages. Having someone sign for a package delivery ulitimately eliminates the possibility of it being stolen. If you decide to file a claim through PayPal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state package was delivered.

A second delivery or refund maybe granted if tracking confirms the package was lost DURING TRANSIT. A DELIVERED status merits an investigation.
