We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer the following options:

Store Credit If you'd prefer not to process a refund to your original payment method, we're happy to issue store credit instead. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our site and never expires.

Refunds For refunds, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Return To start a return or request store credit, please contact us at moi@moiwomenwear.com  with your order number and reason for return. Please note you will be responsible for all additional shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
